Try this first
- Close El Grande and open it again. That clears most stuck screens.
- Check the phone’s connection. Calling an answer needs one.
- If a room has gone quiet, everyone leaves and whoever started it deals again. A code is good for one sitting.
A call you think is wrong
Tap Explain the call, say why, and send it. El Grande checks its own work and comes back Overturned or Call stands. One of those per match, so spend it on the call that mattered.
If it was still wrong after that, send it to us. Wrong calls are the thing we most want to hear about.
How to report it
Playing the beta from TestFlight: take a screenshot while El Grande is open, then tap Share Beta Feedback. You can also open TestFlight, pick El Grande, and tap Send Beta Feedback. That comes straight to us with the screenshot and your iPhone model attached, so it is the best way to report anything you can see on screen.
Everyone else, and anything longer than a sentence: hello@elgrande.app.
What to put in it
- What you were doing when it went wrong.
- The topic, the answer you typed, and what El Grande said back.
- Whether you were passing one phone around or playing from separate phones.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
That is enough to reproduce it. Without it we are guessing.
What happens next
Every report is read. If yours needs a question answered we write back, usually within a day or two. Crashes and rounds that cannot finish go to the front of the queue. Everything else rides the next build.
